Coffee doesn’t work for everyone, but it is good medicine for me. For many years I drank tea most days, due to all the hype against coffee. But then a couple of years ago, I started drinking coffee daily, and I was surprised to find that I actually feel better with coffee. Although I love the taste of strong green tea, and I intuitively feel that it is a very high vibration plant, it makes me feel jittery and nauseated, whereas coffee makes me feel inspired and happy. Recently I read an article about the many health benefits of coffee, including prevention of cancer, dementia, and strokes. I enjoy dark roast black coffee daily, and it seriously happys up my mind!
With both coffee and tea, it is super important to buy organic, and with coffee it’s especially crucial to buy fair trade, so that the workers are paid a fair living wage.
