Wanting to be where we are not
puts us in prisons of our own making.
Shifting to be where we are
opens our minds to happy moments.
Wishing happiness, health, and safety for us all…

I’m excited to share that I downloaded this here featured photo from Pixabay… after I uploaded it and they approved it in my portfolio! Oh happy days, it’s the little things that matter the most sometimes!
As I sit here sipping my supreme happy-ing up agent, a.k.a. black coffee, I’m reflecting that even though my Dad died suddenly in January, and even though I’m in Fibromyalgia pain, and even though I have zero savings for the future, and even though the world is going totally nuts in this virus pandemic… I can still get so excited about a photo, and I can still enjoy such happy moments listening to the birdsong and writing this post for you.
Isn’t it astounding how many different emotions we can experience simultaneously?
How are you feeling today? Are you excited about anything?
I hope you enjoyed this little post… And if you missed my post yesterday, be sure to check it out because it includes a video with guided imagery for releasing anxiety. I hope it’s helpful to you!
With zest for life, even amidst the sorrows,

Recently I discovered that Pixabay accepted this photo of my cuppa black coffee… When I first uploaded it, they denied it, but now it has magically appeared on my portfolio ready to be downloaded!
Black coffee is my favorite Happy-ing Up agent!
Do you love coffee? If so, you might enjoy my recent high vibes coffee post, “Powerful Practices with Your Cuppa Coffee.”
Thank you for reading my posts!

“Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.”
Similarly, Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh says, “We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the Earth. Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.”
Dear reader, what ways do you kneel and kiss the ground? Do you walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet? What is the most beautiful place on Earth for you?
Photo of red rocks in Sedona, Arizona taken by me, StarFire Teja. The theme for Sedona is “the most beautiful place on Earth” and I certainly agree. In my mind I am ever kissing the ground of that holy red earth!
Greetings, dear you, from my happy coffee fun writing time… So, did you finish reflecting on 2019? How is day two of 2020 going for you so far?
This is just a short little post because I wanted to share this photo with you:
Recently Pixabay accepted a few more photos into my portfolio (StarFire Teja on Pixabay), but for some reason they did not accept this photo, which was my very favorite one! I love how you can see the sun through the tree and also the sun’s reflection through the tree!
How do you feel when you look at this photo?
