Are you struggling with any difficult people in your life right now?
When you are relating with a difficult person, or trying to clear them out of your energy field (if they are now gratefully in your past), the first thing to do is to realize that you are probably not ever going to change them. So, for your own peace you have to accept them, and accept yourself, exactly as you each are.
The second thing to do is to send them out to a black hole, using the tool of guided imagery. In this visualization, you are not actually wanting their physical destruction, but rather you are intending to clear their energies out of your system. Be clear that you mean them no physical harm, but you need them to clear out so that you can reclaim your own energies. When you send their energies out, you also send your own difficult thoughts, feelings, and energies out to the black hole. You are clearing out all the negativities in you that have built up in reaction to the difficult person.
The third thing to do is to visualize golden healing light pouring into you and filling you up with positive vibrations. See the golden light pulsing in all of your 37.2 trillion cells… Feel your own energies, and imagine a force field around you that protects you… Visualize all good vibes coming into you now. May healing, happiness, and love surround you.

Crazy weather patterns can challenge your immune system, but there are many things you can do to stay healthy.
1. Handwashing ~ Washing your hands is the single most effective way to stop spreading germs. It helps you to stay healthy, and it is an act of kindness to everyone around you. Proper handwashing includes four elements: warm water, soap, 15-20 seconds of friction, and thoroughly drying with a towel. So remember:

Affirmations ~ Try saying this affirmation to yourself anytime you feel “on the edge” of “something”… “I have faith in my immune system.” This is a good one to say at times when you might feel nervous about catching something, such as when you’re eating with someone who did not wash their hands (and you don’t have the nerve to say something), or when you’re in a store and someone near you is coughing and sneezing. In such situations, calmly think to yourself “I have faith in my immune system.”
3. Strengthening the protective shield around your energy field ~ Begin by intending to create a force field around your energy field. You can gently push away any “other” energies with your hands, and then intend that there be a strong protective shield around you. You can imagine this force field filling up with mantras, blessings, and presences of protective beings (in alignment with your religion or other cosmic belief system). Spend a few minutes each morning and/or each evening doing this practice, and your immune system will strengthen.
