Healing the Roots of Evil

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” ~ Rumi

All evil and “sins” arise from wounds.

As one human global tribe, we should make the healing of wounds a top priority.

So many issues will be resolved by healing the people’s wounds.

The Forces of Goodness are all around us and inside each of us. Even people who have “gone to the dark side” have those Forces of Light deep within. Those Forces are available and ready to help us heal all the wounds. Let’s activate them and Shine Healing Light Everywhere.

When the Light Rises and Radiates through every dark corner, we will all love each other in the Sunshine!

Shakahara Designs

Dear readers,

There is a Greater Design to this life on planet Earth. There are forces at work that we cannot see or understand. The Forces of Goodness are shifting the Grand Design towards the protection and freedom of all beings.

Consciousness is playing through the virus pandemic, which is bringing greater awareness to the many reasons why eating meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey should become habits of the past…

In the New Paradigm, the forces are shifting humanity into eating a Shakahara (plant-based) diet. Evidence of this shift can be seen in all directions now, such as in this article by The Ecologist:

“Some 3 in 4 of new or emerging infectious diseases come from animals – mainly from wildlife trade and factory farming. Like SARS, bird flu, swine flu, Ebola and AIDS, coronavirus originated in animals. Taken together, 56 zoonotic diseases are responsible for an estimated 2.5 billion cases of human illness and 2.7 million deaths a year. Campaigners warned humanity will always be at risk to future pandemics while factory farms and wildlife markets continue…. The most logical and best form of protection is to go vegan and stop the disease at source.”

Principles to Live By During a Pandemic (And Beyond)

“That burn inside you, that anger thinking of what the raiders are going to do… the books in the Jedi library say ignore that. Only act when you can maintain balance. Even if people get hurt.”

~ Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, speaking to Rey, in Star Wars: The Last Jedi Junior Novel by Michael Kogge.

Dear readers,

During the strangest time of our lives, it is super important that we live by the highest principles, such as the one above: Only act when you can maintain balance.

When tensions are high and people are behaving badly, let’s all remember to pause and breathe, and to transform anger into compassion before taking any actions.

The Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh wrote in his book Peace Is Every Step: “Do not spread news that you do not know to be certain. Do not criticize or condemn things that you are not sure of.”

In other words, only speak what you know is true.

With all the streams of actual news, fake news, conspiracy theories, and endless speculations swirling through our devices, let’s all remember to thoughtfully digest information before speaking any words.

*Only act when you can maintain balance.*
*Only speak what you know is true.*

Let’s all resolve to live by these principles during the pandemic… and beyond.

May the Forces of Goodness be with us all.

R’s for Quarantines

Dear readers,

When I focus on the weirdness of this virus pandemic, I can get really freaked out. How about you?

Alternatively, when I shift my focus to the perpetual weekend quality of this quaran-time, I can get really expanded on many levels. Have you experienced that also?

This strange reality can either be a limiting prison or a retreat space, depending on our perceptions in any given moment. With the power of our minds we can choose to embrace the opportunities to dwell in the sacred, to be in time out of time, and to exist in the extraordinary spirit realms that are always surrounding our energy fields.

We can harness the energy, time, and space of our quarantines for goodness through indulging in a variety of R’s, such as Resting, Relishing, Recharging, Regrouping, Resetting, and Recalibrating.

Are you taking some time each day to relish the small joys in your world?

Let’s all choose to focus our awareness on high love vibrations! Let’s allow the Forces of Goodness to refresh our souls!

May you be blessed with many R’s during this time, as humanity finds its way forward!

With my focus on reverberating good vibes,

Awakening in the Unfolding

“Everything that you get is about moving forward, moving forward, moving forward, expanding, expanding, expanding, expanding. You open and you open and you open. This is the awakening, this is the flower, unfolding.”

~ Karin, an “experiencer” quoted by John E. Mack, M.D., in his book Passport to the Cosmos: Human Transformation and Alien Encounters.

Dear readers,

In this very strange time on this blue-green planet Earth, we have a choice. We can contract in fear, clinging to the ways life used to be… Or, we can open in love, expanding our ideas of how life can be different. We can awaken to new peace and possibilities.

Moving forward, what will we choose?

Each day we can make our choices anew. We can become more aware of everything that is unfolding. Awakening to our deeper selves, we can feel life more richly with all of our senses. And with this heightened awareness, we can become more sensitive to others, so that a sweet flower of compassion may bloom in us…

That was the essential teaching of Jesus, to love one another

On this holy day of Easter, may the beautiful crystalline energies of Christ Consciousness bless us all… May we open to the One Love Energy that we are all part of… May we all be blessed by the Forces of Goodness!

Happy Easter to all who celebrate!

With sweet love and blossoming flowers,
