May your weekend be blessed with beautiful connections… with nature, with plants, with flowers, with your loved ones, and with yourself.

Here is a simple spiritual practice to help you feel the joy of connection…

When eating sunflower seeds, think deeply about how they grew inside a beautiful flower. When eating carrots or onions, contemplate how they grew inside the rich soil of the Earth’s crust. When eating an apple, reflect upon how it grew on a tree under the sun and under the stars.

May every one of your 37.2 trillion cells be tickled with delight when you do the above practice!

May All Beings Be Nourished by Beauty.
